Van signage: Perth Graphics Centre enhances the Renault Kangoo

There are plenty of small vans to choose from these days. Renault Kangoo, Volkswagen Caddy, Citroen Berlingo, just to name a few. And all of them are a fantastic canvas for van signage.

When West Coast Forklifts needed to signwrite their Renault Kangoo, Perth Graphics Centre was chosen. We used a very simple and clean look which is consisten with their existing signage. Of course, high performance outdoor-durable vinyl was employed to ensure a long life in the sun.

It’s not easy to see from the photo, but the passenger-side window in the sliding door is actually covered in one-way vision, making it easy to see out of when changing lanes.

Work Ute Signage: Perth Mechanical Services

Perth Graphics Centre has been looking after work ute signage for Perth Mechanical Services for many years now, and today we completed another Nissan Navara for them – this time the D22 model.

The mantra for ute signage is simple – keep it simple! A full-colour die-cut logo along with a phone number is all that’s needed to transform the Nissan Navara froma tradie’s ute to a business ute.

We have used high-performance cast vinyl and a long-lasting cast overlaminate along with solvent-based outdoor inks to ensure the outdoor life of many years.

Wall graphics: Perth Graphics Centre completes WA Police Media room

When the WA Police needed wall graphics, Perth Graphics Centre was called on to make-over the media room. With a new WA Police crest, a new backdrop was created.

The original backdrop was made from three panels of acrylic which were vinyl wrapped. While the effect was nice, the gaps between the acrylic sheets was visible, creating a black line every time cameras focussed on it.

We devised a solution: clad the wall first and then apply the print over the cladded wall. The effect is a continuous print that looks great under strong lighting and can be used in closeups, too. With matte finish, there is no glare, keeping everyone happy.
