Posted on January 13th, 2012 No commentsMore Perth businesses are utilising roll up banners, and Perth Graphics Centre is continuing to astound with its quick turnaround, great pricing and extremely high quality.
Even international customers are turning to Perth Graphics Centre for their roll up banners - Singapore Airlines is a case in point.
Singapore Airlines required two high-end roll up banners for their international terminal check-in lines in Perth, to differentiate between economy passengers and business/first passengers. PGC was happy to oblige.

Wall signs
Posted on December 19th, 2011 No commentsWall signs take many forms and use many different materials. You can have corflute wall signs, acrylic wall signs, foam PVC wall signs, posters and even digital wallpaper.
It all depends on what you want to display on your wall. If you have an idea you have in mind, then feel free to run it past us. We’ll be able to advise you on the best way to go about it. Most commonly, wall signs are done using colorbond or aluminium composite panel.
You can use clear acrylic as well (as shown above) or even frosted acrylic. There are so many options that sometimes it seems confusing. However with our professional staff to guide you, you can be assured of the best possible wall signs.
Give us a call and ask for a quote on any signs you need.

Perspex Signs
Posted on December 13th, 2011 1 commentWe’re often asked to produce perspex signs, or acrylic signs, so Perth Graphics Centre’s goal is to turn these around quickly and with high quality graphics. We can print full colour or just have one colour onto your perspex signs, ensuring your logo is reproduced accurately.
We can even do 3D routed perspex letters as seen in the sign above. The perspex was overlaid with a charcoal metallic vinyl giving a beautiful sparkly effect. The reason for this is perspex isn’t produced in charcoal, so we endeavour to do our best to listen to the customer’s request and oblige.
If you have perspex signs you require or any signs at all, then give us a call to ask for a quote. Perth Graphics Centre will make your signs look their best.

Aluminium Composite Signs
Posted on December 13th, 2011 No commentsIf you’re after metal signs, Perth Graphics Centre can help using aluminium composite panel. These signs are light weight, yet very strong and durable.
The aluminium composite signs shown here are one of Perth Graphics Centre’s creations for Morley Coventry Markets. The specification was aluminium composite panel (two sheets of aluminium with a polythene core sandwiched between) with digital print on the face and 3D routed acrylic lettering.
It makes for a sign which has excellent presence, looks great and jumps out at you. For attention grabbing signs, head to our contact page and ask for a quote.

A-frame Signs
Posted on December 8th, 2011 No commentsA-frame signs are a stable yet portable solution to having a sign out the front of your premises.
A-frame signs are sturdy because they’re made from galvanised powdercoated metal, with colorbond faces, so they won’t blow over in the wind, yet are light enough so your staff can move them if necessary. A-frame signs are also durable, being made from outdoor grade materials. You can have vinyl-cut lettering, full colour signs or any combination of th two.
We also can make blackboard A-frames and whiteboard A-frames where the faces of the A-frame signs are covered in blackboard or whiteboard vinyl. If you need an A-frame for your Perth business, then head to our contact page and ask for a quote.

Banners: Perth’s best quality
Posted on November 29th, 2011 No commentsThese days, a lot of banners are being produced, not in Perth, but in China. The problem with banners not made in Perth is there’s no control over quality.
Here at Perth Graphics Centre, we make all our banners here in Perth. We don’t outsource and we have complete control over all aspects of our banner’s production. From the banner printing to the banner sewing, Perth Graphics Centre is able to ensure that the highest quality materials are used.
Some banner material is very light-weight and doesn’t have a high tear strength. Our banners are of high quality PVC, with excellent wind and tear resistance as well as non-cracking and non-yellowing. This is important, especially with sale campaign banners or banners for outdoor sporting events. In fact we only make outdoor-grade banners.
We have samples of our banners here in our Perth showroom, so if you’d like to test it out for yourself, feel free to give us a call or pop in to check it out. Our details are on our contact page. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Anders, the owner of ET Diesel, approached us to do signs for his ute which would be running around Perth. We created a design which worked best with his ute and as you can see the signs are simple yet bold.
He sent us this email later that day:
Hi Julie
Thanks very much. Much appreciate it and thanks for the fantastic job on the ute. I had a phone call as I drove through Kewdale an hour later!!
Anders.

Car signs and vehicle signage: Preparing your car
Posted on November 28th, 2011 No commentsWhen our customers are getting car signs or vehicle signage installed, we are often asked if the car has to be washed first. The answer is a definite “yes”. But there’s more to it than just a quick wipe down.
Let’s run through a few necessities to ensure your job lasts its longest:
- Paintwork must be in an “as new” condition. Chalky paintwork will prevent your signage from sticking to the surface
- You must wash the car before bringing it to us. Ensure the vehicle is cleaned with soapy water and well-rinsed. It is important to remove any insect remains, plus road grime
along the bottom of the body and around the wheel arches. - Do not wax or polish your car prior to having your signage or vehicle wrap applied.
- Ensure car is dry before coming in and there are no water-marks or spots left on the car.
- All windows that will have graphics on them need to be clean and dry. If you are having a rear window graphic (one-way vision) applied, remove any stickers on the outside of the window as well as any dirt in and
around the rubbers or seals.
Please note, if the above has not been done, eitherĀ your graphics will not be able to be applied, or additional charges may apply.
Remember, good preparation helps us to do a great job on your vehicle graphics and will ensure years of life for your signage.
