Whilst we have always been able to produce posters and canvas prints, we now have a printer dedicated to this work, a brand new Hewlett Packard printer capable of very high resolution prints at affordable prices. Stunning colour posters and brilliant canvas prints can now be ordered.

Just send us your image by e-mail, disk or USB thumb drive, tell us what size you’d like it (up to A0) and we’ll get back to you with a price and how suitable the image is for your intended purpose. Assuming all is OK, you can pay the deposit and place your order. We’ll advise expected turnaround time when you place the order.

The picture above shows a montage of images from a memorable holiday. Now that holiday will never be forgotten and the photos are a talking point among friends and strangers alike. This is a canvas print stretched around a wooden frame. If you would like something similar, we’ll need photographs numbered in importance and a rough idea of what you’re looking for. Yes, we can send out your unframed prints, no matter where you are in Australia. Framed prints can still be sent but the freight will cost more.

Just remember: the better the image, the better the result. As a guide, images “captured” or saved off “the Net” are mostly unsuitable. Digital Camera stills are usually OK to a certain size. A 12 megapixel camera (set to take full size images) will have a higher resolution than a 5 Megapixel camera. When the image has to be printed at a larger size, the file from a 12 Megapixel camera will usually yield a better result. If in doubt, send the biggest file you can lay your hands on. Please also be mindful of copyright.

Before you purchase the paint protection package offered by the car dealers, please take the time to read up on GTechniq C1 Crystal Lacquer. Perth Graphics Centre is authorised to apply this product to your new vehicle. Costs vary due to the amount of coverage so please contact our office for further information about cost. New cars can be treated in approximately 4 hours providing they are cleaned correctly first. Curing takes a few more hours so the vehicle will need to be booked in for a full day. After treatment we do have a recommended maintenance procedure and if followed, your vehicle will look fantastic for years to come. We haven’t come across a better product… period!

The process of application is labour intensive but does not involve heat or anything else that can affect your paint in a negative way. As the application process does not involve buffing, we can’t burn paint edges and don’t leave swirl marks in the paint. How will you know if it is done properly? After curing, throw a bucket of water over the paint and watch the way the water simply runs off.

Q: If I can’t buy C1 and apply it myself, what is the next best option?
A: C2 Spray. C2 is simply sprayed on. After spraying, dry with a high quality microfibre drying towel. C2 forms part of the maintenance program and can definitely be used after C1 to maintain high gloss and hydrophobic qualities.

Q: Can I buy these products in my local auto shop?
A: No. GTechniq is only available in WA through authorised resellers and Perth Graphics Centre.

Q: You’ve only mentioned a few products here but I see many different products when I go to GTechniq’s website. What about the other products?
A: Most GTechniq branded products will be available either off the shelf or within a week or two of ordering. Check back here for more information as we’ll be posting a lot more product information, tips and tricks shortly.

Q: I live in Country WA and can’t get to your premises. What can I do?
A: Call us and discuss the pros and cons of having it done elsewhere. In some cases, the dealer will deliver the vehicle to us and collect it before it ships to you. If you just want to buy products, we can ship these after payment.

3S stands for Smart Surface Science. Many surfaces can now be treated to enhance appearance, prolong life and reduce cleaning time. Car paint will go dull over time as the surface oxidises and is affected by airborne contaminants. UV light also wreaks havoc. The same can be said for water craft and aircraft. What about glass? Have you seen glass when it’s new? What about when it has been installed for a number of years? The difference time and exposure make can readily be seen.

Now that GTechniq provide products to treat these types of surfaces and applications, you can extend the life of paint, reduce cleaning time and see more clearly through glass. The Hyundai iLoad is becoming an extremely popular van for tradies looking to have a cheap runabout while still getting an excellent warranty. Signwriting on the Hyundai iLoad is also simple.

Here’s an example of a partial wrap with the sides being printed and the text vinyl cut. The window is made from one way vision with overlaminate and all of it is produced using high quality seven year cast vinyl.

We often are asked to cover a car’s roof in black vinyl, be it matt or gloss. Here’s a Kia Cerato Koup which has been covered, the owner requesting gloss black to match in with the gloss black highlights of his Kia Koup.

The benefit of using vinyl is that you can always go back to your original paintwork when you want to sell it. With long term cast vinyls, you can expect years of life from your vinyl roof.

We can also do a matt grey roof, matt silver roof, or even a carbon-fibre roof finish. Matt black bonnets, matt grey bonnets, matt silver bonnets, or even carbon-fibre bonnets can be done as well. Call us and ask for a quote.

Please note that this is NOT a suitable option for hail-damaged cars as it is a sticker which will follow the contours of any dents that are already there.

Most of the time, owners cover the front end of their cars with Ventureshield paint and stone-chip protection film. It’s the area that’s most affected, and most susceptible to damage. But the owner of this Volkswagen Jetta has taken it one step further, covering the entire sides of his car.

The reasoning was that in carparks, people are more likely to open their doors into your car. Protecting the sides was the best option for him, and now he doesn’t need to stress about chips being taken out of his paint.

Of course, the front end and full bonnet were covered also, meaning this car has one of the best preventative measures for paint protection available.

Under awning signs are usually made from aluminium (as you can see in the picture above) keeping it light but strong.

An under awning sign can be made as a lightbox (backlit) or as a plain sign with no lighting, depending on your budget. They can be made to suit most sizes and there are a few different depths to choose from. You can also have them mounted right against the awning, or with legs to hang down.
